Merry Christmas from Mid West

Bob the Slicer came to us recently after his previous owner was no longer able to look after him. He would make a lovely slicer for any friendly commercial kitchen, and particularly enjoys slicing meat, cheeses and bread. He is a heavy duty slicer, yet he has a good temperament and offers a number of safety features including a blade guard and blade removal tool. Bob the Slicer is always eager to please, and offers both a manual and an automatic mode, as well as giving you accurate and fast portion control. Loads of new equipment added!

You’ll be pleased to know that we’ve just added eight new items of second hand catering equipment to the site, all of which can be with you in time for Christmas!

The pieces of equipment include two four burners, two convection ovens, two warming drawers, a griddle and a mixer. They’re all in good condition and have been professionally cleaned and commissioned, as with all our stock.

Smeg Oven

A compact, counter-top convection oven ideal for regenerating food or cooking additional menu items in small to medium-sized kitchens. We currently have two of these ovens available, and they are an absolute steal at just £120 + VAT each!


Hobart Mixer

This mixer is great – it comes with three different attachments (beater, whisk and dough hook) and can be used for a huge variety of foods. Ideal for all sorts of kitchens, it can help make all kinds of food, from meringues to dough, to our personal favourite – mashed potatoes. Yum.

Four New Items Added

We’ve just added four new pieces of equipment to the website, so here’s a quick overview.


Bakers Pride P44-S Pizza Oven - £2,100+VAT

A personal favourite of ours, it has two separate baking compartments, each with two shelves and its own temperature control. It’s a great looking piece of kit, and is in really good condition. This pizza oven is not just for cooking pizzas – it’s also ideal for producing pretzels, flat breads, par baked crust, and all sorts of other lovely bakery products!


Sharp R2498G Microwave Oven 1200W - £160+VAT

This commercial microwave has a high wattage for reduced cooking times, and is made from wipe-clean stainless steel. We reckon it’s a real must-have piece of kit, and it’s invaluable for defrosting and regenerating food quickly and reducing serving times.


Foster PROG600H Upright Fridge 610lt - £190+VAT

This is an absolute bargain - we’ve slashed the price as it doesn’t have any shelves or shelf supports, but if you’re replacing a broken fridge or can harvest shelves from an old one, you’re onto a winner! This is a large 610 litre fridge with a single wide entry door for easy access – perfect for a busy kitchen.
